We compare a specific scenario, not the number of ticks. The first eight criteria reflect Realize's positioning; All 12 also reveals basic features; the order of the rows is editorial choice, not independent ranking; services were not awarded points; official sites and documentation were sourced, without logging into paid offices or practical testing.
What statuses mean
“Stated” is an opportunity described for the product and scope. “Build/connect” – requires your own project, application or integration; this does not mean an additional fee; “Part of the scenario” – describes a narrower or different coverage; “Not confirmed” – there was not enough description in the materials studied.
Where are the boundaries?
Creating an application does not equal changing the SaaS kernel. Creator and Zia features are named separately and are not automatically included in any Zoho One tariff. Prices, savings, implementation quality, security and availability of Realize were not evaluated.
